Lucky Plush Productinos caps their 10-month “Punk Yankees” project Oct. 22-31 with performances at the Dance Center of Columbia College and, in conjunction with that, they recently relaunched version of the companion website: StealThisDance.com!
If you haven’t checked it out before now would be a great time. It features exciting new visuals. There’s even a quote from renowned choreographer William Forsythe who’s become one of Julia’s best buds!…and in the “Moves Boutique” section you’ll find Lucky Plush has put up some of their works for “sale.”
Of special note: the “So You Think You Can Choreograph?,” page calling out to all choreographers (or those who want to be) to submit their work to be judged by the public. There’s instructions on how you can submit your piece of choreography and who knows?…if public likes your entry, it could make its way into in LPP’s October DCCC engagement!
